Marketing Committee
The Marketing Committee meets on the second Thursday of every month
9:00 am at the PSD office(Fire Hall)
Mission Statement: The Marketing Committee exists to promote downtown as the center of commerce, culture, and community life for residents and visitors alike by developing promotional campaigns on three fronts: (1) image development, (2) business promotion, and (3) promoting special events as needed.

Design Committee
Design Committee Meets on the Third Thursday of the Month
9am at the PSD Office(Fire Hall)
Mission Statement: To facilitate a positive visual image of the Downtown Shopping District that will help retain, promote and attract downtown businesses, shoppers, community & visitors

Executive Committee
The Executive Committee meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 8:00am at Butler Financial **Except Sept will be on the 24th
Mission Statement: To provide leadership for the implementation of both public and private development and physical improvements in the downtown business district as initiated by individuals and organizations.
Membership: The Executive Committee will consist of the Board Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary/Treasurer, the City Manager or their designee and the chairs of all active committees

Event Committee
The Events Committee Meetings are on the First Thursday of the month
11:30am at a Downtown Restaurant
Mission Statement: The event committee will coordinate and volunteer to help hold events in our downtown district.
Charge: The Events Committee will manage the operations of all events organized in the downtown district. The Events Committee will organize all the information and volunteer at all the events. The events committee’s main goal is to have events that maintain balance, bring growth to businesses, and help keep visitors in our downtown district.
