Greenwood Townhouses
Greenwood Townhouses offers 115 family housing units, including two-, three-, and four-bedroom options designed to accommodate a variety of household sizes.
Public Housing, Not Section 8
Monroe Housing Commission provides public housing and is not a Section 8 or Housing Choice Voucher provider.
With public housing, the housing subsidy is connected to the unit rather than the individual or family. When a resident moves out, the subsidy remains with that unit. A Housing Choice Voucher, commonly referred to as Section 8, is associated with the qualifying family and may be used with a participating landlord.
River Park Plaza
River Park Plaza features 146 one-bedroom units, providing affordable public housing within the City of Monroe.
